The Third Hospital of DaQing is the only third class mental hospital of DaQing area . It was built in 1968 and ratified to be “the mental health center of DaQing ” by the Health Department in HeiLongJiang province .It is decided to be as the example hospital of treatment for the disease which is difficult to diagnose and treat . It is the teaching hospital of Qiqihaer Medical College .It organized the Psychology Hospital of DaQing with psychology consult center of Shanghai and is the fixed hospital for Medicare and fudicature .
